Order a repeat prescription
Your prescriptions can be ordered by placing your re-order slip in the box provided at the desk. Alternatively, you can place your order by telephoning, there is an answering machine in operation 24/7. Please leave your name and address along with the details of the medication that you require.
Your prescription can be collected at the Health Center or sent to a chemist of your choice (please state which chemist if using the answering machine service). Please allow three working days before collecting your prescription. If you have any problems with your prescriptions you can call (01466) 792116 and ask for 'Prescriptions'.
